We deliver across Kuwait and throughout the GCC. This policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times, and fees.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all areas within Kuwait and ship internationally throughout the GCC region.
Same-Day Delivery (Kuwait)
Same-day delivery is available within Kuwait for select items. To qualify, your order must be placed before 8:00 PM. Same-day delivery applies only to eligible products marked at checkout.
Shipping Fees
A flat delivery fee of 1.500 KWD applies to orders within Kuwait. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location. Below are typical estimated delivery windows:

Order Processing
Orders are processed during business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with your order number.

You can track your order status anytime using the Track Order feature on our website. Simply enter your order number to see the latest status update.
